Based on what we have learned so far, now a challenge for you:
Run the expression profile of human Drosha samples (exercise 6.6) against the MirGeneDB curated database (exercise 6.5)
Hints:
Create a working directory for the exercise:
mkdir $HOME/workshop/2024-2/session6_smallRNAs/runs/run4_human_drosha_MirGeneDB
Copy the relevant samplesheet.csv, nextflow.config and launch script into the above folder and run the pipeline.
