eResearch - Session 5: Jupyter Notebooks and functional annotation
This workshop consists of two main components:
Firstly we’ll look at annotating our set of differentially expressed genes (from session 3) to KEGG metabolic pathways and GO terms.
Then we’ll explore using Jupyter Notebooks on the HPC, using an example Notebook that sets up and submits an nf-core/rnaseq Nextflow workflow.
